What if HIGHBORN does not work for me?

You asked, Tracey answers · HIGHBORN Journal team

How to ask for help, stop a product that irritates and check the right refund terms.

Trying something new should leave room for an honest answer: it may not suit you. You do not need to keep using a product that is making your skin uncomfortable.

If your skin is irritated

Stop using the product. Keep your routine simple and seek medical advice if symptoms are severe, persist or worry you. “Keep going until your skin adjusts” is not our advice for irritation.

If you simply do not see the change you hoped for

Results and preferences vary. There is no fixed day on which everyone should see a difference, and no reason to add extra layers in pursuit of a deadline. Contact us with your order number, the products you used and what you noticed.

Which refund terms apply?

The Starter offer page describes its own 30-day promise, including wording about keeping the bottles. The general returns page describes a 30-day request window from delivery, accepts opened or used products, and says products must be returned; it also excludes original postage from the refund.

Because those pages describe different return arrangements, check the offer terms that applied to your order. Email info@highbornlondon.com before sending anything back and ask the team to confirm the process for your purchase. Do not assume the Starter offer's keep-the-bottles wording applies to every order.

Have your order number and delivery date ready. If you are within the stated window, contact the team promptly rather than waiting for an arbitrary results milestone.
