Why we don't pretend shipping is free
Most brands quietly fold the cost of postage into the price of the bottle, then call shipping "free." You still pay for it — you just can't see it.
As a smaller family business, we don't get the bulk rates the big labs do. So rather than raise our prices and hope you don't notice, we keep postage separate and honest. You see exactly what you pay, and exactly what it's for.
We'd rather be straight with you. It's the same reason the formulas are what they are.

Delivery questions, answered honestly
When will my order arrive?
UK orders aim for 3–5 working days with standard delivery, or next-day if you choose it at checkout. International orders aim for 7–10 working days, with DHL available as the fastest option.
Can I track my parcel?
You'll get a dispatch confirmation by email as soon as your order leaves us. International orders are tracked with Royal Mail, and DHL and express options are fully tracked door to door.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we ship internationally. Standard international delivery is £4.97, or free on orders over £65, and everything is tracked.
I need it urgently — what are my options?
In the UK, choose next-day weekday delivery at checkout. Internationally, select DHL for the fastest service. Both are calculated at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Completely. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your card details.
