If your skin has become unpredictable, buying another product can feel like a gamble. You deserve the ingredient information and room to decide, without pressure.

The short answer

Some customers with sensitive skin say HIGHBORN suits them; others report irritation. We cannot guarantee suitability for sensitive, reactive or post-treatment skin. Our Serum and Eye Gel contain fragrance. “Natural” ingredients and a personal founder story do not remove the possibility of a reaction.

If you are receiving or recovering from treatment

Ask your treating team before introducing a new cosmetic product, particularly on an area affected by radiotherapy, broken skin or a treatment-related rash. Your needs depend on your treatment and skin. Tracey's experience with cancer is part of our story, not evidence that a formula is medically suitable for you.

Before you try something new

1. Check the current ingredient list for the exact product and size. Ask us if you cannot find it.
2. Introduce one new product at a time.
3. Where appropriate, test on a small area before wider use, following professional and product guidance. A home test cannot rule out every allergy or later reaction.
4. Stop using a product that stings or irritates. Do not push through to complete a routine.

For severe, spreading or persistent symptoms, seek medical advice. Seek urgent help for breathing difficulty or swelling of the lips, tongue or throat.
