What if I've already opened and used it?
That's completely fine — you're meant to try it. This is a satisfaction guarantee, not a "must be sealed" return policy. If you've given it a proper go and you're still not happy, you're covered.
How long do I have to decide?
30 days from the day your order is delivered. Email us before then and we'll sort it out.
Will I get all my money back?
You'll be refunded the full price of your products. The original shipping fee isn't refundable, as it's already been used to deliver your order — but there are no other deductions, restocking fees or hidden costs.
How do I start a refund or return?

Do I need a reason?
No. "It just wasn't right for me" is reason enough. We'd love to know what didn't work so we can help — but you're never obliged to explain yourself.
