Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 September 2026
These terms apply to consumer purchases from HIGHBORN London and use of our website. Please read them with the product description, checkout information and policies linked below. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.
1. Who you are buying from
HIGHBORN LTD, trading as HIGHBORN London, is registered in England and Wales under company number 09809834. Our registered office is 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom.
Contact info@highbornlondon.com or 020 7112 8147. You can also use our Customer Care page. Telephone calls are charged at your provider’s normal rate.
2. Orders and payment
Check your items, delivery address, prices and any subscription selection before paying. Our checkout shows the payment methods available. Submitting an order is your offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt; we accept an order when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly accept it earlier. If we cannot accept it, we will tell you and promptly refund any payment for the unaccepted order.
We may decline an order for a genuine reason such as unavailable stock, a failed payment, suspected fraud, or a clear pricing error. If we discover an error before acceptance, we will explain it and let you choose whether to proceed at the correct price or cancel. We do not automatically charge more. Once accepted, an order is not subject to an unrestricted right for us to change its price or cancel it.
3. Prices, offers and optional extras
Prices and the checkout total include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges and any other mandatory costs we collect are shown before you place the order. The selected currency is shown at checkout. Any customs or import charges not collected by us must be disclosed where applicable; see the delivery policy.
Discount codes, free gifts, credits and limited offers have the eligibility, expiry and other significant conditions displayed with the offer. A discount or gift cannot be assumed to combine with another offer unless stated. Offer changes do not remove benefits already earned or change an accepted order. A stated saving must use the comparison described, such as the current individual prices of the included products.
Optional paid extras require your express choice. Buying once does not authorise future charges. We do not treat a marketing opt-in as a subscription purchase.
4. Products and skincare information
The product description and information agreed at purchase form part of your contract. Minor differences in screen colours or packaging do not remove your right to goods as described. We will not make a material substitution without your agreement.
Follow the product label and directions. Check ingredients for known sensitivities. Skincare results differ and natural ingredients can cause reactions. Stop using a product that irritates your skin and seek appropriate advice where needed. Our website, journal, quizzes and automated support give general cosmetic information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. None of this excludes our responsibility for unsafe, faulty or misdescribed goods.
5. Delivery and responsibility for parcels
Delivery options, charges and estimates appear before purchase and in our Delivery Policy. Unless another period is agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days. Tell us before ordering if a particular delivery date is essential.
We remain responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate, other than the carrier. A different rule can apply if you independently commission a carrier we did not offer. Paying for optional delivery protection is not required to obtain these legal rights.
6. Cancellations, returns and our promise
Our Returns & Money-Back Guarantee Policy explains the 30-day satisfaction promise, statutory 14-day cancellation right, refund deadlines, hygiene exception and rights for faulty goods, and includes a cancellation form. Sale items retain their statutory rights.
7. Subscribe & Save
A subscription is an optional agreement for repeat deliveries and repeat payments at the frequency selected. Your order must make the recurring price, frequency and relevant terms clear before you commit. Read our Subscription & Cancellation Policy. You can cancel future deliveries through the subscription portal or by contacting us; you do not have to telephone.
8. Rewards, referral offers and promotional credit
The earning and redemption rules shown when you join or receive an offer apply. Promotional credit, loyalty points and purchased gift cards are different benefits; one must not be substituted for another contrary to the promise made. We honour the terms on which existing benefits were issued. We may correct genuine errors or address demonstrable fraud, explaining any decision that affects your balance. Changes to future offers must not unfairly remove accrued rights.
9. Using the website and submitting content
Please provide accurate details, keep account access secure and tell us about suspected misuse. Do not attack the website, introduce malicious code, infringe others’ rights or use the service unlawfully. We may take proportionate action to protect the service, without removing rights relating to paid orders.
Website content belongs to HIGHBORN or its licensors. You may browse, share links, and save a copy for your own use. Commercial copying requires permission or another lawful basis.
You retain ownership of reviews or other content you submit. Submitting a review gives us permission to display it with the review identity you choose and make necessary formatting edits; we must not change its meaning. We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant or personal-data-exposing content, but a negative opinion alone is not a reason to misrepresent feedback. Using your photograph, video or personal story in an advertisement may require a separate agreement.
10. Our responsibility to you
If we breach this contract or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result. These products are supplied for domestic and private use. We are not responsible under these consumer terms for business losses such as lost profit or business interruption arising from business use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective-product liability, or your statutory rights for goods. There is no blanket “as is” waiver of those rights and no general obligation for consumers to indemnify us for all claims.
If an event outside our reasonable control delays delivery, we will let you know and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. This does not remove cancellation, refund or other rights available by law.
11. Complaints and disputes
Contact Customer Care with the issue and the outcome you would like. We will investigate and explain our response. If we cannot resolve a complaint, we will provide information about an appropriate approved alternative dispute resolution body and whether we are willing or required to use it, as required by law. You retain the right to take legal action.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts and retain applicable mandatory protections. Consumers elsewhere also retain mandatory protections and court rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not require exclusive proceedings in London.
12. Changes and other legal points
The terms in force when your order was accepted govern that order. We may update terms for future orders. Changes to an ongoing subscription must follow the subscription policy and applicable law; posting new terms does not by itself remove existing rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as legally possible. Delaying enforcement does not waive a right. Any transfer of our obligations must not reduce your consumer protection. No one else has contractual enforcement rights unless the law requires otherwise.
