Subscribe & Save: Subscription & Cancellation Terms

Subscribe & Save is optional. It means repeat deliveries with recurring payments. A one-time purchase does not create a subscription.

1. Before you subscribe

The product page and checkout show the products, recurring price or discount, delivery frequency, delivery charges and any clearly disclosed minimum commitment. Check these before paying. Your selected plan and order confirmation govern your subscription; an introductory price does not automatically apply to every later delivery.

HIGHBORN’s standard Subscribe & Save offer allows cancellation at any time without a cancellation fee or minimum tie-in. If an existing offer promised a particular continuing discount, that promise remains part of its terms.

2. Repeat payments and deliveries

By selecting a subscription and completing checkout, you authorise the recurring payments described for that plan. The relevant payment provider stores payment credentials for processing. Orders repeat at the selected interval until you cancel; your account shows the next scheduled order and available management options. Keep your contact, delivery and payment details current.

Your order’s discount and delivery terms apply. A percentage discount is calculated against the eligible reference price described in your plan; it is not necessarily a fixed cash price for all future deliveries. We will not apply a price increase or other material change to an ongoing subscription without clear advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to cancel before it takes effect. Existing price guarantees must still be honoured.

3. Change, skip, pause or cancel

Use Manage my subscription, using the email address you subscribed with. The portal shows available options to change frequency, move or skip a delivery, pause or cancel. You can also contact info@highbornlondon.com or 020 7112 8147. You can also use our Customer Care page. You do not have to telephone or give a reason to cancel.

Make changes before the next scheduled order is processed to stop that order being created. A clear cancellation request received before processing will be treated as received at that time, even if our team replies later. If an order has already been processed, cancellation stops future repeats; contact us promptly to see whether the current order can be stopped. Your separate cancellation, return and refund rights still apply.

4. Changing your mind and refunds

Our Returns Policy explains statutory cancellation rights, the optional cancellation form, faulty-goods rights and our 30-day satisfaction promise. For a regular-delivery contract over a defined period, the initial statutory cooling-off period normally runs from receipt of the first delivery. This does not reduce any additional right attached to a later order, offer or renewal.

Cancelling the subscription does not automatically initiate a refund for an earlier delivery, so tell us if you also want to cancel or return an order. Cancelling marketing emails does not cancel a product subscription, and cancelling a product subscription does not prevent you separately changing your marketing preferences.

5. Availability, payment problems and changes

If a product becomes unavailable or a payment cannot be collected, we may contact you, delay or pause the affected delivery, or end future deliveries where necessary. We will explain the position and refund any payment for products we cannot supply. We will not substitute a materially different product or impose an undisclosed cancellation penalty.

6. Pre-orders

If a product is offered on pre-order, its page and checkout must explain the expected delivery period, payment timing and any deposit before purchase. Your cancellation rights are not lost simply because an order is a pre-order or has been dispatched. Contact us to cancel; the Returns Policy explains any applicable return process and lawful exceptions.
