How the partnership works
- Connect through Collective. Your store needs to meet Shopify Collective eligibility requirements.
- Choose your edit. Review the current products, supplier costs and shipping rates in Collective before importing.
- Make it yours. Create a collection and use current product descriptions and size-matched imagery. You set your retail prices and customer-facing merchandising.
- Launch and review. Agree a feature and review date with us. We fulfil the Collective orders; you keep the relationship with your customers.

Do I need to hold stock?
No upfront stock purchase is needed for the Collective model. HIGHBORN fulfils the orders placed through the connection.
Where can I see the commercial terms?
Your Collective price list shows current supplier costs and shipping rates. Review the payment and returns arrangements for your connection before launch.
Can I start with just a few products?
Yes. Choose a small assortment that suits your store. Email us with your website and the category you would like to feature.
What if I have already imported the products?
Check your descriptions and images against the current HIGHBORN product pages. Imported content may need updating separately. We can help you select the correct product and size.
