Will I be automatically signed up to a subscription?

You asked, Tracey answers · HIGHBORN Journal team

A one-time purchase and a subscription are different choices. Here is what to check.

It is reasonable to want a new skincare routine without another commitment to remember. You should be able to see what you are choosing before you pay.

The short answer

A one-time HIGHBORN purchase does not automatically enrol you in Subscribe & Save. A subscription is a separate purchase option. If you choose it, recurring orders follow the plan and interval shown at checkout.

Three things to check before paying

  1. Purchase option: does the selection say one-time purchase or subscription?
  2. Timing: if subscribing, when is the next order due and what delivery interval have you selected?
  3. Total: read the price, shipping and any recurring-charge wording before placing your order.

Keep your order confirmation. Joining an email list is not the same thing as starting a product subscription.

Already subscribed?

Use the subscription-management link in your order or subscription email to check your next order. If you cannot find it, or the portal is not doing what you need, contact info@highbornlondon.com with your order number. Ask before the next order is processed if you need to change or cancel it.

Do not assume that unsubscribing from marketing emails cancels a product subscription. Contact the team if you are uncertain about the status.
