It's my birthday. You get the gifts.

The “Tracey’s Birthday Celebration” gift offer (the “Promotion”) is run by HIGHBORN London (“we”, “us”). By placing a qualifying order during the Promotion you accept these terms, which apply alongside our standard Terms of Sale, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Promotion period. The Promotion ends at 23:59 (UK time) on Monday 6 July 2026. Qualifying orders must be placed and paid in full before then. When the Promotion closes the gifts are removed automatically. No extensions.
2. How the gifts unlock. Free gifts are added to your basket automatically as it reaches each spend level (£50, £75, £100 and £150) shown above. No code is required. Gifts are cumulative — you keep every gift at or below the level your basket reaches.
3. Qualifying spend. Spend levels are based on the subtotal of eligible products in your basket after any discounts, and exclude delivery, taxes and the value of the gifts themselves. Gift items do not count towards the next level.
4. Please check your basket. The gifts you will receive are shown in your basket before payment. The gifts displayed at checkout are the gifts that will be sent — please review them before completing your order.
5. Availability & substitution. All gifts are subject to availability while stocks last. If a gift is unavailable we may substitute a HIGHBORN product of equal or greater value, or withdraw the affected gift.
6. One set of gifts per order. Gifts apply once per qualifying order, cannot be combined with other gift promotions, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
7. Pricing or technical errors. If an error adds the wrong gift, omits a gift, or misapplies the spend levels, the spend levels published above prevail and we reserve the right to correct it (including before dispatch). We are not obliged to honour a gift added in obvious error.
8. Returns. Your gifts are linked to a qualifying order. Under our 30-day promise, if a product isn’t right for your skin and you return it, your gift is yours to keep. However, where an order is returned in full, or returns that are not a genuine 30-day skin-suitability return bring your order below a gift level, we reserve the right to charge for the affected gift at its individual RRP, or to request its return.
9. Eligibility. Open to customers aged 18 or over, placing orders for delivery to the regions we ship to.
10. Changes. We may amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion or these terms at any time for legal, security or fairness reasons, or for events outside our reasonable control.
11. Gift values. Any price shown for a gift is the individual recommended retail price of that item; we do not combine gift prices into a single total.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
