Shake the two layers together, soak a cotton pad and gently wipe. This water-and-oil formula helps lift makeup while leaving skin feeling soft and refreshed.
Use it before Crystal Cleanser on makeup days. Then carry on with your toner and the skincare you already love.

- Shake well before every use, until the water and oil layers mix.
- Saturate a cotton pad and gently wipe over your face. Repeat with a fresh pad until makeup is removed.

Recently bought it. It says to give it a good shake and to saturate a cotton wool pad. So I’m going to do just that. And I think I like to, like, press it on my eyes for a couple of seconds just for it to get through to the mascara and for it to soak in, so you’re not rubbing around your delicate eye area, because that’s not a good thing to do. And I just gently take it off. It’s very, it’s not greasy at all but it feels really nice on my skin.

Why are there two layers?
This is a two-phase formula: water and oil naturally separate when the bottle is standing. Shake well before every use to mix them, then saturate your cotton pad.
Do I rinse it off?
There is no need to rinse the makeup-removal step. Follow it with Crystal Cleanser, then toner and your usual skincare.
What is included?
One 100ml bottle of Natural Make-Up Remover. Shake well before use and apply with a cotton pad.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Skin sensitivities vary. The formula includes sweet almond oil and witch hazel water. Check the full ingredients and try a small area first. Stop use if irritation occurs.
Where does it fit with Four Phase?
Use it first on makeup days, before Crystal Cleanser and Diamond Toner. Then apply your usual serum, eye gel and night cream. It is a makeup-removal step, not a replacement for those products.
Am I signing up to a subscription?
