We want you to love your HIGHBORN products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.

To request a refund, email us at info@highbornlondon.com with your order number.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed goods.
