Your application video is simply your honest experience of the products you’ve already used. There’s no script to follow and no need to say anything you don’t mean.

Do I need to record another video to be accepted?
No. Your first video is your application. We’ll review it and let you know. If you’re accepted, we’ll agree any future activities with you before you commit.
What does being an Ambassador involve?
Our ambassadors help others discover HIGHBORN by sharing their own experience of our skincare. Start by sending one video for us to review. If we invite you to take part, we’ll agree what’s involved with you before you commit.
Do I need to be good on camera?
No. Imagine you’re telling a friend. You don’t need a script, special equipment or a polished performance.
Will you share my video?
We’ll discuss permission with you before using your video publicly. Sending an application does not automatically give us permission to use it in advertising.

Imagine you’re telling a friend.
Start with your first name and your age, if you’re happy to share it. Then tell us which HIGHBORN products you actually use and roughly how long you’ve used each one. Your best estimate is fine. These questions are here to help:
How did you first come across HIGHBORN, and what made you decide to give it a try?
If you remember what you were using before, you can mention that too.How do you use these products in your day-to-day routine?
For example, when do you use them in the morning or evening, and how do you apply them?What did you actually notice?
Please give a specific example.That might be how it feels to use, something you noticed about your skin, or how you feel about your routine. If nothing has changed, say so.If a friend asked you about your experience with HIGHBORN, what would you say?
Aim for about 60–90 seconds, but if your story naturally needs a bit longer, that’s fine. One comfortable take is perfect: no script, no need to answer every question, and no fancy editing.
If you have a favourite product, you can hold it up and say why you reach for it, but that’s completely optional.

Choose the video you’ve recorded on your phone.
Upload my video to Dropbox →No Dropbox account needed. Use the same name and email address you gave us, choose your video, then press Upload. Wait for Dropbox to confirm it has finished.
Dropbox confirms when your upload finishes. We check new videos hourly and email you once we’ve matched yours to your application. If we need help identifying it, we’ll contact you.
