Where it fits
Your routine, made clear.
After cleansing and before moisturiser. Use a light touch and let your skin guide frequency.
How to apply and use it
- Apply to a cleansed, wet face or body, avoiding the eye area.
- Massage gently. The label recommends leaving it for three minutes.
- Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Follow with your usual facial moisturiser or Body Butter on your body.
One useful thing to remember.
There is no need to scrub hard or exfoliate every day. Stop use if irritation occurs.
A little reassurance.
Do I need to buy anything else?
Use the everyday products you already enjoy wherever this guide says your usual cleanser, moisturiser or sunscreen. You do not need to replace your whole routine to use what you bought.
What if I am unsure or it does not suit me?
Follow the directions and suitability information on your pack. Introduce unfamiliar skincare gradually. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and contact our team. You do not need another purchase to ask for help.
When should I order again?
When you need more. Products finish at different times depending on use. Follow your pack’s storage and period-after-opening guidance; keep spare products sealed until needed.
Let me help you enjoy what you chose.
If you would like help with a step, tell our team the product name and what you are unsure about. We can start with what is already on your shelf.

Only if it suits you
A next step, when you want one.
For rich moisture on arms, legs and body after rinsing, Body Butter is an option. Your existing body moisturiser can do that job too.
