Where it fits
Your routine, made clear.
After cleansing and any serum. Use morning and evening, or choose Night Elixir for your evening cream.
How to apply and use it
- Apply serum first if you use one.
- Gently massage a small amount of Imperial Moisturiser over face and neck, avoiding the eyes.
- Let it absorb. Finish with your usual SPF in the morning.
One useful thing to remember.
This moisturiser does not replace sunscreen. You do not need two face creams at the same application.
A little reassurance.
Do I need to buy anything else?
Use the everyday products you already enjoy wherever this guide says your usual cleanser, moisturiser or sunscreen. You do not need to replace your whole routine to use what you bought.
What if I am unsure or it does not suit me?
Follow the directions and suitability information on your pack. Introduce unfamiliar skincare gradually. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and contact our team. You do not need another purchase to ask for help.
When should I order again?
When you need more. Products finish at different times depending on use. Follow your pack’s storage and period-after-opening guidance; keep spare products sealed until needed.
Let me help you enjoy what you chose.
If you would like help with a step, tell our team the product name and what you are unsure about. We can start with what is already on your shelf.
