» Should I buy HIGHBORN if I have sensitive skin?

If you know that you have very sensitive skin, I recommend that before you try HIGHBORN products, take the list of our ingredients to your doctor and make sure you’re not allergic to any of them.

Then if you decide to give our products a go, test them first! Apply a little to your wrist or behind your knee before putting any on your face to make sure you don’t have a reaction.

Neither products nor ingredients are tested on animals.

Our lip butter contains palm oil which is 100% organic and certified sustainable by the RSPO so it does not contribute to deforestation.

» What is the cost of shipping and why?

As a smaller business, HIGHBORN does not have access to the bulk shipping rates that much larger companies do. In order to offer “free shipping” to the customer, many companies build the cost of shipping into their product prices. We have considered this as well, but rather than raise prices on our products to offer “free shipping,” we choose to leave the shipping charges transparent.

Standard shipping is FREE for all UK orders over £65 with a delivery goal of 3 to 5 business days. We try to be much faster wherever possible. Shipped via Royal Mail.

Express shipping for UK is available with DHL.

International standard shipping is only £4.97 or indeed FREE for orders over £65. Shipped via Royal Mail. We also offer DHL Express shipping which is super fast, fully tracked and reliable.

» Do you auto-ship products or offer any subscriptions?

In response to overwhelming demand we do now offer an OPTIONAL 'Subscribe and Save' option.

This means you can have your favourite products shipped regularly at the interval you choose.

BUT, this is 100% OPTIONAL.

If you do choose our 'Subscribe and Save' option then you can amend or cancel your subscription at any time without any penalty.

» Is HIGHBORN sold in shops?

HighBorn is not sold in any retail stores. We are an ecommerce business, and our products are only available online from the HighBorn store and some products from Amazon.
