United StatesI contacted you and you never replied. My last moisture boost has a lid that wobble and it's very very hard to open up it just doesn't unscrew. I have dropped the jar and contents have come out. Not happy

I also wondered about the expense to Highborn should items get damaged or go missing. Better to have peace of mind ensuring receiving top quality skin care ❤
